About Your Instructor Jovinna

Jovinna, E-RYT 500, YACEP, leads transformational programs around the world that explore human potential in mindfulness living, creativity and love through Conscious Dance, Yoga, and Meditation. Jovinna started formal meditation practice when she was living in New York City as a performing artist. Meditation has helped her tremendously in navigating stressful situations and improving mental clarity.
